We are recruiting for a term time only, temporary finance officer to join a Primary School in Thamesmead. The role will be working 3 days a week (Monday, Tuesday & Thursday) from 9-3:30pm.

This is a temporary- ongoing role with the view to become permanent for the right person. the school are looking for someone with a professional approach who also has a good sense of humour.

Requirements- Essential:

• Experience using FMS & SIMS, logging invoices, journals, petty cash reconciliations etc
• Experience using parent pay- setting up payments, reporting etc
• Experience using Excel spreadsheet

Desirable but not essential:

• Personnel knowledge and experience
• After school clubs administration
• Stock control
