This is an exciting new role for a Supply Chain & Production Planner to manage the full production lifecycle, ensuring products are delivered on time, to quality standards, and aligned with demand. You'll work cross‑functionally across product development, factories, procurement, and operations in a fast‑paced, growing environment.

Description

Own the end‑to‑end production planning process from demand forecasting to order fulfilment.
Create accurate demand forecasts using a bespoke planning system to optimise inventory and prevent stock issues.
Manage factory audits and vendor relationships to ensure quality, safety, and ethical compliance.
Oversee product testing, FSC audits, and quality control, ensuring all finished products meet specification.
Handle the full purchasing cycle, including raising POs, tracking production schedules, and managing on‑time delivery.
Coordinate production activities across internal teams and external factories to maximise efficiency.
Liaise with shipping agents to manage logistics, paperwork, and delivery timelines.
Identify risks in the supply chain and implement proactive solutions.
Support customer order processing as needed.
Oversee UK distribution centre stock levels.
Contribute to wider company policy management.Profile

A successful Supply Chain & Production Planner should have:

Experience in supply chain and production planning (full system training provided).
Confident user of SAGE and Excel ideal.
A positive, proactive attitude and strong customer service skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
High attention to detail and the ability to work independently and drive actions forward.Job Offer

40 hours per week with 28 days' holiday including bank holidays.
