Contracts Manager

We're working with a leading national property services contractor looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join their Oxford branch. With projects spanning social housing, healthcare, and commercial sectors, this is a fantastic opportunity to help deliver high-quality works that protect both homes and the planet.

The Role:
As Decarbonisation Contracts Manager, you'll take full responsibility for managing retrofit and decarbonisation projects from start to finish — overseeing budgets, quality, health & safety, and day-to-day site operations. Acting as the main point of contact for clients and subcontractors, you'll build strong relationships and ensure smooth, successful project delivery.

️ Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple decarbonisation projects on time and within budget

Oversee site health & safety compliance and quality standards

Coordinate with Estimators and QS teams on variations and project costs

Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to maintain strong working relationships

Report on project progress and manage client expectations

Conduct regular site visits and resolve any issues that arise

✅ What You'll Need:

5+ years' contracts management experience (minimum 2 years in decarbonisation)

Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Strong IT skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office

Valid UK driving licence and CSCS card
