Classroom Teacher - Key Stage 2 Location: Up-minster, Essex (Outer London)
Are you an inspiring educator dedicated to helping students become "the best they can be"? We are seeking a passionate Key Stage 2 Classroom Teacher to join our academic family. This role is a maternity cover position focused on promoting effective learning and the social and personal progress of all pupils.
The Role As a KS2 Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a stimulating environment where pupils feel encouraged to become confident, kind, and impactful world citizens. You will report directly to the Headteacher and work as part of a collaborative team to implement the National Curriculum.
Your Responsibilities:

Effective Instruction: Use diverse methods and resources to enable all students to acquire new skills and knowledge.

Person Specification To be successful in this role, you must meet the following essential criteria:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

Experience: Proven experience teaching across Key Stage 2, either through teaching practice or a current post.

Skills: The ability to interest, engage, and provide appropriate levels of challenge for students.

Knowledge: A good understanding of the National Curriculum and current best practices in teaching and learning.

Commitment: A dedication to safeguarding students and an understanding of equality of opportunity issues.
