Description Description This position ensures supply of ROW vaccine products to our customers. This includes strategically driving the business to ensure ROW vaccine products are compliantly supplied on-time. The ROW IPT Manager will ensure antigenformulation production is performed according to company policies. Provides leadershipguidance through team selection, training, coaching, collaboration and accountability. Ensures cGMP and OSHA compliance, ensure concurrent documentation, and drive a culture of continuous improvement. Duties Responsibilities Lead a team to ensure compliant, efficacious, and timely production of anaerobe products. Drive continuous improvement projects related to anaerobe production. This could include yield improvements, process changes, and new products. Drive cross functional team engagement to ensure problems are solved from various perspectives. Create a culture of process understanding (not just performing). Focus on the "why" related to biological process not just the "what" and "how". Ruthlessly prioritize and drive business pertinent projects. Communicate these project timelines, and expectations to team and leadership. Identify and thereafter develop talent through projects and other special opportunities. Reward and enforce an AAI (accountability, agility, and intrapreneurship) culture. Ensure accurate and timely annual review of all production outlines, special outlines, etc. Administration of company policies and safety programs. Requirements Bachelor Degree from an accredited institution in relevant scientific discipline and a minimum of five (5) years manufacturing experience in a cGMP facility or similar environment. Experience must be inclusive at least three (3) years leading people and projects. Requires knowledge of cGMP and good documentation. Ability to leaddevelop diverse teams, and have technical insight to position key talent to solve business critical issues. Effective interpersonal skills with a diverse group of individuals at all organizational levels. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in biological production environment. Technical knowledge of biological production equipment and all biological operations necessary to produce high quality biological products. Excellent leadership, verbal and written communication, coaching and teamwork skills. Ability to lead teams to achieve results. Demonstrated ability to drive results through team development, accountability communication, and reward. Eligibility Requirements Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction. Must be willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required).
