Salary: £11ph (£22,880pa)

Hours: 40 per week Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm

Duties:

Support the existing Administration delivery team in providing a professional and efficient contract administration service, ensuring service/maintenance schedules are delivered within budget, strict compliance timelines/Key performance Indicators.
Maintain the administrative systems and procedures used to programme, deliver and report on servicing and maintenance contracts
Be the administrative support for the contract.
Ensure that operational IT systems and administrative procedures are maintained and developed to support effective and efficient service delivery, ensuring that both statutory and good practice compliance is sustained at all times.
Continuously monitoring and reporting on service delivery schedules and instigating corrective action if schedules are not being met.
Controlling the orders from the Client utilising their CAFM system
Passing jobs to the relevant Engineers or Sub-contractors
Take calls from the client with regards to booking jobs
Complete regular filing to ensure all electronic job files are up to date
Keep work planner up to date
Schedule in reactive works, minor works, servicing works and planned projects
