F-Secure is looking for a talented and driven Marketing Manager to plan and deliver strategic, integrated B2B marketing activities in the UK and to create a business impact in our target market. In this role, you will be responsible for end-customer demand generation activities and some brand awareness creation in the local market, all tracked through every step of the funnel with direct contribution to sales pipeline. This role is a unique opportunity for an experienced B2B marketing professional to apply their skills and support the ambitious strategy of a fast-growing and customer centric broad portfolio. The marketing function is very performance driven - we want to understand the business impact of our campaigns and activities, with clear year on year performance growth. You will enjoy this role if you are a marketer passionate to learn about our industry, get energized by end-to-end responsibility, while being hands-on in marketing execution on lead generation and brand awareness.
Working closely with key commercial stakeholders within the business, you will develop and execute the local marketing plan and act as brand/market ambassador for the region. You will be responsible for external resources to build our brand and demand generation, hit commercial KPIs for lead/pipeline generation and ensure that we are positioning ourselves as thought leaders in the industry within the defined territory. You will get plenty of support from us working alongside one of most talented marketers in the industry.
Adapt and develop global marketing strategy for forensic and methodical regional deployment focusing on marketing’s contribution to pipeline. Ensure there is a coherent and clear marketing plan tailored to the UK market, towards the set target audiences for Solutions business.
Responsible for the regional marketing budget and its balanced allocation across core (digital marketing, events, webinars) and support channels (telemarketing, etc) through evidence led decisions. You will work hand in glove with local team and central marketing organization to ensure marketing has deeper and wider impact on business performance.
You will work hand in hand with Sales organisation to ensure marketing investments are connected with expected outcomes and to make sure ROMI is maximized through prompt and tailored onward communication.
Drive the regional marketing forward in line with our ambitious growth expectations and lead by example by demonstrating collaborative working, data driven mindset, creative thinking, with a balanced short term vs. long term strategy execution.
You will also work closely with HQ teams to ensure delivery of integrated PR campaigns and Brand awareness activities.
What are we looking for?
- Relevant B2B marketing experience within the ICT Industry with proven track-record in significant results on demand generation and sales opportunity pipeline creation with a mix of marketing activities, aligned with sales
Deep understanding of modern marketing tactics and the ability to use them to create sustainable lead generation streams, tracking and reporting on hard KPI targets (MQL, SQL, OPP)
Proactive, self-starter approach
Practical thinker, high on delivery
Structured planning and budget management skills with ROI driven mindset
Ability to collaborate with several internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledge of CRM (Salesforce), Marketing Automation (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
