Pay: £16.00 per hour
Working Hours: Monday - Thursday: 6:45 AM - 4:00 PM (30-minute lunch break)
Friday: 6:45 AM - 11:45 AM

We are looking for a Skilled CNC Miller/Programmer to join one of our established clients in Coventry. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated individual with a strong background in precision engineering and CNC machining.

Key Responsibilities:
Programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines
Offline programming essential - OneCNC experience preferred (training can be provided)
Working primarily on one-off precision components
Confidently reading and interpreting technical drawings
Inspecting own work using a range of measuring tools (bore mics, micrometers, depth gauges, etc.)
Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Working predominantly with HAAS machines
Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety procedures
What We're Looking For:
Skilled and experienced in CNC milling (programming, setting & operating)
Proficient with inspection equipment and quality control
Strong understanding of engineering drawings and tolerances
Ability to work independently and take initiative
