A Residential school in Preston for young people with autism and LD. Looking to recruit 5/6 residential support worker positions in the next few weeks on a temporary to permanent basis. There is capacity for up to 8 young people over the 2 houses. Working on a shift pattern of long days and sleeps over the monthly rotas. Previous experience with children or adults with learning difficulties would be advantageous but not essential, lived experiences would also be welcomed. Due to rural location drivers would be preferable. 

This would be working for a large national provider that provides full training and development programmes enhancing and upskilling allowing for career progression.
