Warehouse Operatives - De-kit Site (West Thurrock)
Location: West Thurrock (Approx. 40-minute walk from Chafford Hundred Station)

Current shift pattern: Friday to Tuesday

Please note: This schedule will include weekend work (Saturdays & Sundays)

Includes a 30-minute unpaid break each shift
Pay Rates:
*
£14.60/hour (Sub-contractor/Umbrella)
*
Equivalent to £12.21/hour PAYE
Key Responsibilities:
*
De-kitting incoming lorries containing cages of cardboard, plastic, and food waste
*
Separating and preparing waste materials for baling and recycling
*
Pushing and pulling cages across the site - this role is physically demanding and will require you to be on your feet for the full shift
*
Stacking plastic trays onto pallets for return to the distribution centre
*
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment at all times
What We're Looking For:

Good level of physical fitness
*
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
*
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, recycling-focused warehouse environment
*
Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
