Provide Education are looking for enthusiastic and engaging HLTA's to support in one of our partnership primary school in the Wakefield area to work in EYFS, KS1 and KS2 classes, to start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:

* Advanced Classroom Support: Assist the teachers in planning, behaviour management and deliver the lesson when required.

* Lead Classes: Lead whole-class sessions or small group lessons in the absence of a teacher.

* Student Progress Assessment: Assess student learning and progress and provide feedback to teachers.

* General Teaching Assistant Duties: Managing and preparing classroom resources, supervising at break/lunchtimes, supporting children with SEND

The successful candidate will:

* Have HLTA Status / level 4 qualification

* Have high school diploma or equivalent is required; further education or coursework related to education is a plus.

* Have strong communication skills, with the ability to connect with both pupils and colleagues

* Be able to adapt quickly - this is essential as you will be required to cover classes from EYFS up to KS2.

* Be committed and motivated to helping students.
