As a Project Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering complex engineering projects on time, on budget, and to specification. Working within a multi-disciplinary team, you’ll be involved in the design, development, build, testing, and verification of cutting-edge products and systems. This role spans both several industry sectors, giving you exposure to diverse technologies and the chance to broaden your skill set.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing engineering delivery for assigned contracts.
  • Producing and maintaining technical documentation.
  • Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Acting as the customer’s engineering representative on-site.

About you

We’re looking for an adaptable and proactive engineer with:

  • Experience of working with complete engineered systems, including electronics or embedded software.
  • A background in a technical organisation and experience in project delivery. This could be design project delivery.
  • Strong understanding of engineering processes, documentation, and compliance.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a flexible approach.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • HND/Degree in an engineering discipline (or equivalent experience) preferably in Electronics or related subject. 
  • UK driving licence and willingness to travel occasionally.
