Our client, a leading name in high-end interior fit-outs and drylining packages, is looking for a motivated Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic commercial team. What You'll Be Doing:

Supporting the commercial lead on drylining and partitioning packages from pre-construction through to final account
Assisting with cost planning, procurement, valuations, and financial reporting
Liaising with site teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure commercial success
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely payments and cost controls
Monitoring variations, preparing interim valuations, and assisting in final accounts

What We're Looking For:

3 years of experience in quantity surveying within drylining or fit-out sectors
A relevant degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
Strong numeracy, attention to detail, and excellent organisational skills
Confident communication skills and a proactive approach
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment
