Assistant General Manager - High-End Bar & Restaurant - Location: Glasgow

Join our team at a new, high-quality bar and restaurant dedicated to providing an exceptional dining experience. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Assistant General Manager (AGM) who is passionate about managing high-end hospitality environments and delivering outstanding customer service.
Day-to-day of the role: - Oversee the daily operations of the bar and restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Maintain high standards of food quality and service to meet customer expectations.
- Manage and train staff to uphold our service standards and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies to ensure the bar and restaurant are well-stocked.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to implement effective business strategies and improve service delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Proven experience in managing high-end bars and restaurants.
- Strong leadership and management skills, capable of motivating and leading a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Must have eligibility to work in the UK.
