Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Deputy Care Manager for a medium-sized care home in Barton-upon-Humber. The successful candidate will support the manager in the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring high-quality care for elderly residents, particularly those with dementia. Applicants must hold a Level 3 qualification in social care and have proven experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and leading the care team
- Oversee care plans and ensure compliance with regulations
- Support the manager in administrative and operational tasks

Requirements:
- Experience as a Deputy Manager in a care setting
