Are you an experienced leader with a passion for delivering operational excellence? We’re looking for a Scheduling Manager to lead, develop, and inspire our team of schedulers, ensuring our customers receive a seamless and efficient installation and appointment experience.
About the Role As the Scheduling Manager, you will oversee day-to-day scheduling operations, ensuring that customer installations and appointments are planned, allocated, and completed efficiently. You’ll lead a team of schedulers responsible for balancing workloads, managing jeopardy situations, and maintaining outstanding levels of customer service.
Your focus will be on continuous improvement — optimising scheduling processes, developing team capability, and driving performance against key service metrics.
Key Responsibilities -
Lead, motivate, and develop a team of schedulers to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Oversee the end-to-end scheduling process, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely completion of customer appointments.

Identify and manage potential jeopardy situations to minimise service disruption.

Collaborate with operational and field teams to optimise capacity and improve service delivery.

Monitor performance metrics, analyse trends, and implement process improvements.

Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.

Proven experience managing a scheduling, planning, or coordination team in a fast-paced environment.
