Are you an experienced leader with a passion for delivering operational excellence? We’re looking for a Scheduling Manager to lead, develop, and inspire our team of schedulers, ensuring our customers receive a seamless and efficient installation and appointment experience.

About the Role

As the Scheduling Manager, you will oversee day-to-day scheduling operations, ensuring that customer installations and appointments are planned, allocated, and completed efficiently. You’ll lead a team of schedulers responsible for balancing workloads, managing jeopardy situations, and maintaining outstanding levels of customer service.

Your focus will be on continuous improvement — optimising scheduling processes, developing team capability, and driving performance against key service metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of schedulers to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

  • Oversee the end-to-end scheduling process, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely completion of customer appointments.

  • Identify and manage potential jeopardy situations to minimise service disruption.

  • Collaborate with operational and field teams to optimise capacity and improve service delivery.

  • Monitor performance metrics, analyse trends, and implement process improvements.

  • Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.

About You
  • Proven experience managing a scheduling, planning, or coordination team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and inspire others.

  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.

  • Confident using scheduling and workforce management systems.

  • Customer-focused mindset with a drive for operational excellence.

  • Effective communicator with a collaborative approach.
