Job Description
This is a fantastic opportunity for a top sales performer that can hunt for new business: Our client is an exceptionally successful industrial fueling company selling into America's transportation and construction sectors. They also support oil & gas, mining and agriculture. They've had a growth rate well into the double digits in the past 15 years and are one of the rare firms doing very well in the current economic climate. They are on the search for a sales shark that is a strong hunter, closer and aggressive relationship developer. If you're an A type Sales Representative that has never settled for making anything less than 6 figures this one is for you!


RESPONSIBILITIES/SERVICES
Prospecting from cold calls to generate new leads and client accounts with end users in the industrial sector, especially with transportation/trucking companies and construction service providers. The role will begin as 100% hunting, till you have developed your account book.
Maintaining relationships with existing clients and soliciting purchase orders/contracts in the assigned territory, while maintaining a strong margin on your sales.

Command control over proposals and presentations to C suite decision makers.

Estimating and responding to tenders in an appropriate fashion.
Adhering to and meeting sales goals and targets directed by management.

Building out an Austin territory in terms of daily repeat business is key to this role.



EXPERIENCE/SKILLS
3-5 years plus experience selling in a service based industry by employing a consultative sales methodology is critical to the position.

3-5 years plus experience selling industrial or construction sector solutions is strongly preferred.

Must be a top performer in your current company with awards, recognition or sales numbers to prove it. Previous success in hitting and exceeding sales targets is crucial.

Must have experience in hunting for new accounts from cold and closing them to repeat business.



THE DOLLARS
$70-80K base plus commissions. Total compensation - $120K OTE. Car allowance, cellphone, laptop 401K & health benefits provided.
