HIU Engineer / Plumber - FM Service Provider - Mobile - High End Residential Properties - London - Up to £48,000 + Package

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated in London. CBW are currently recruiting for a Heat Interface Unit Engineer (HIU) to carry out planned and reactive maintenance to HIU units, across a number of residential properties in and around London. The successful candidate will have a proven track record with HIU maintenance and a proven track record working in commercial or high end residential properties. In return the company is offering a competitive salary paying up to £48,000 based on experience and a travel card or company vehicle.

Key duties & Responsibilities

Complete an annual service of all residential apartments/properties involving: PPM, Reactive and Servicing on the heat interface units (HIU)
Maintaining thermal stores, unvented cylinders, Air heat pumps
Replacing pumps in the plant rooms
Remedial works on the HIU
General plumbing bleeding radiators, cylinders,
HIU Maintenance
Changing and servicing of water temp sensors etc.
Bleeding radiators
Ensure all tasks are completed within the agreed timescales, managing the workload accordingly.
Demonstrate the ability to manage conflicting priorities and prioritise business needs.
Consistently communicate effectively, in an appropriate manner, whilst building and maintaining positive working relationships, both internally and externally.Hours of work

Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm

Requirements

HIU Maintenance experience (Essential)
Excellent communication skills
Honest, reliable and hard working
A positive attitude towards work and willingness to get tasks completed on time whilst managing conflicting deadlines
Happy to work a on either a Mobile or Foot Mobile basis
IMPORTANT - This role is focussed on HIU service/Maintenance only Highly desirable

City and Guilds Qualified (or equivalent) Plumber (Not Essential)
Experience working in high end residential properties
