Assistant Manager Role:

Assistant Manager Key Responsibilities:

Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and operational goals

Lead, coach, and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service

Oversee daily store operations, including visual merchandising and stock management

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
