Job Title: Area Manager – London

Location: London

Salary: £45,000 per annum + £300 monthly car allowance

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Area Manager to oversee a portfolio of sites across the London area within the Quick Service Restaurant sector.

This role will focus on supporting site leadership, improving operational performance, and ensuring consistent standards across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and ongoing development to General Managers
• Ensure operational compliance and high standards are maintained
• Monitor performance and implement improvement strategies
• Contribute to succession planning and leadership development

Requirements:

• Previous recent experience in a multi-site leadership role within QSR
• Strong leadership and coaching capability
