The Role:

You'll be leading a team within the Machine Shop, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while driving performance, quality, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

Supervising and motivating a skilled team of machinists
Ensuring production targets and quality standards are met
Driving efficiency, productivity, and best practice on shift
Acting as the key point of contact for operational issues
Supporting a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork

Proven supervisory or team leadership experience
Background in a machine shop or precision engineering environment
Strong understanding of machining processes and shop floor operations
A proactive, hands-on leadership style
