As an Audit Senior - Practice, you will take ownership of audit assignments from planning through to completion, working closely with managers and partners while mentoring more junior team members. This is a hands-on position offering exposure to complex client work and real responsibility.

• Leading audit assignments, including planning, fieldwork and completion
• Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts in line with UK regulations
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients, building strong working relationships
• Reviewing the work of junior staff, ensuring quality and compliance standards are met
• Identifying and resolving technical audit and accounting issues
• Supporting and mentoring trainees and junior auditors
• Collaborating with wider teams across the accountancy function

• ACA or ACCA qualified
• Strong experience within a UK audit environment
• Proven ability to manage audits and meet deadlines effectively
• Confident communicator with client-facing experience
• Experience reviewing work and supporting junior team members
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach

• Salary between £40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience
