Position: Learning Support Assistant
This provision supports learners who have a key interest within the creative industries, namely Hip Hop Social Dance, Popping, Breaking, Emceeing, DJing, Graffiti, Music Production, Drama and Media.
The learners have variety of needs including social emotional and mental health difficulties, autism, comprehension delay, challenging behaviour, dyslexia, and additional learning difficulties.
This role will be on a part-time or full-time basis and will commence immediately (during term time only!)

The hours are 9am – 4pm, with a 5pm finish on either Tuesdays or Thursdays (Timetabled)
To be considered for this role you will need to have Math's and English at GSCE grade C and above or be educated to degree level or have extensive experience supporting SEND students.

- Have a personality!
- Be confident with a strong background or have a key interest in the creative industries.
- Have an interest in the creative industries such as Hip-Hop Social Dance, Popping, Breaking, Emceeing, DJing, Graffiti, Music Production, Drama and Media.
- Have excellent timekeeping.
- Ables to use own initiative.
- Able to commit and be reliable.
- 100% attendance
- Able to work either 9am - 4pm OR 9am - 5pm
- Great interest in making a difference.
- Act as a great role model for the learners.
- Passion for supporting children with SEND including SEMH, Autism and Dyslexia.
This role will be to start immediately subject to clear enhanced DBS and referencing checks.
