Temp Works Coordinator *temp to perm*

• Hourly Rate: £16.41 PAYE
• Location: London SW2 - 
• 5 days in the office during training stage. Going down to 4 days in office, 1 day from home once trained
• Job Type: Full-time, Temporary (3 months with potential for permanent position)
• Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm

We are seeking a Temp Works Coordinator for a housing association based in London SW2. This role requires immediate availability and offers an exciting opportunity to provide essential administrative support within the housing/construction sector. The position is initially for 3 months, with the potential to become a permanent role.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Provide general administrative support to the Contract Manager and the Working at Heights Supervisor.
• Maintain accurate records of ongoing work to a high standard.
• Raise and track purchase orders, ensuring costs for jobs are monitored effectively.
• Liaise with the planning team to update job statuses in DRS and Northgate systems.
• Coordinate with the client, MTVH, to ensure that work is completed within the required timescales.
• Coordinate activities across roofing, scaffolding, and fire doors workstreams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Must have a background in planning/coordinating, ideally within the housing/construction sector.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• Strong ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent multitasking skills, capable of using multiple systems and applications.
• Strong communication skills, both internally and externally.
• Essential qualifications include Mathematics and English at GCSE level or equivalent.
• Desirable: Experience in a Quality Controlled environment and knowledge of roofing, scaffolding, or fire doors.
