The Best Connection Newport is currently seeking a proactive and reliable Admin Assistant to join our well-established client based in Crumlin. This is an exciting opportunity to become a key part of a busy and friendly production team, supporting day-to-day administrative tasks that are essential to the smooth running of the business. The successful candidate will benefit from working in a supportive environment with consistent hours and a great work-life balance. This is a long-term, ongoing position with the potential for further opportunities for the right candidate.
Duties will include:- Sales order processing
- Producing and printing labels
- General housekeeping of production admin
- Generating sales reports and invoices
- Assisting with stock takes
- Other ad hoc office duties as required
The ideal candidate will have:- Previous admin experience (production admin experience desirable but not essential)
- Strong attention to detail
- Good IT skills - particularly Excel and Word
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- A positive and proactive attitude
Working hours:
- 5 hours per day, set hours to be confirmed between 08:00 and 17:00
- 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday
