We are currently recruiting experienced Class 1 HGV Drivers for our well-established client based in Newton Aycliffe. This is an excellent opportunity offering Temp to Perm work.

Shift Patterns

* 4 on 4 off shift pattern (Temp to Perm roles)

* AM Shifts - 00:00AM - 2:00AM

* PM Shifts - 16:00PM - 20:00PM

The Role

* Delivering home retail products from the distribution centre to stores

* Operating single and double decker trailers

* Completing store deliveries with handballing required

* Rolling cages from the rear of the vehicle into store locations

* Ensuring all deliveries are completed safely and on time

Pay Rates

* PAYE: £190 per shift

* Umbrella: £214 per shift

Requirements

* Valid Class 1 (C+E) Licence

* Minimum 6 months HGV driving experience

* Double decker experience is essential

* No more than 6 points (SP offences only)

* Valid CPC & Digital Tachograph Card

* Good understanding of driver hours and regulations
