Fire & Security Installation Manager

Crawley office, covering London & South East

£55,000 - £65,000 + £6,000 car allowance + bonus

We're looking for a hands-on Fire & Security Installation Manager to oversee projects across London and the South East — managing a team delivering high-quality installations and small works for commercial clients.

You'll be responsible for multiple sites, ensuring projects run safely, on time, and to exacting standards. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys both technical and people leadership.

What you'll be doing:

* Leading a team of installation engineers

* Managing fire & security installation and small works projects

* Overseeing quality, safety, and compliance

* Supporting client relationships and project performance

* Managing budgets and project reporting

What we're looking for:

* Experience managing Fire & Security installation projects

* Strong knowledge of Fire Alarms, CCTV, Access, and Intruder systems

* Excellent leadership and communication skills

* Willingness to travel across London and surrounding areas

Package:

* £55-65K + £6K car allowance + bonus
