Are you an experienced Office Manager or Senior Administrator with a background in wealth management? We’re recruiting on behalf of a highly respected Financial Services firm based in beautiful North Yorkshire, and they’re looking for a proactive and organised Office Manager to join their team.

�? About the Role:

As Office Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office. You’ll lead a team of administrators and provide high-level administrative support across the business, particularly within financial planning and wealth management operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily office operations
  • Lead and support a team of administrators
  • Provide administrative support to financial planners and advisors
  • Conduct file checking and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
