THE JOB PURPOSE

To manage the reception area and tend to all customers

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Main reception duties
Meeting and greeting customers
Answering inbound calls
Signing in customers
Administration
First point of call for all customers PERSON SPECIFICATION

Previous receptionist experience is essential
Great communication and organisational skills
Confident dealing with queries
Confident speaking to people in person and over the phone
