About the Role- Field Service Engineer (Fire & Security)-

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Field Service Engineer to join a leading Fire & Security company, renowned for delivering high-quality installation and maintenance solutions across commercial and residential sites.

You’ll be responsible for the service, maintenance, and fault-finding of a range of fire and security systems, working across a variety of customer sites in the field. This is a fantastic role for someone who thrives on variety and independence, with plenty of opportunity for professional development.

What You’ll Be Doing- Field Service Engineer (Fire & Security)-

• Servicing and maintaining Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms, CCTV and Access Control systems
• Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs
• Working with a wide range of system manufacturers
• Communicating effectively with customers and colleagues
• Completing all required paperwork and reports accurately and on time
• Ensuring work is carried out to high standards of quality and safety

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a Fire & Security field service role
• Strong technical knowledge of at least two core disciplines (fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, access control)
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Industry qualifications such as FIA, ECS/CSCS, IPAF (preferred)
• Excellent fault-finding skills and a customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
