Are you an experienced Credit Controller looking for your next opportunity? We're supporting a growing, fast-paced business that is seeking a confident, motivated Credit Controller to join their finance team.

What you'll be doing:

Managing a ledger of customer accounts and ensuring timely collection of overdue debt
Building strong relationships with customers to resolve queries
Allocating and posting customer payments
Sending statements, chasing overdue invoices by phone and email
Monitoring credit limits and placing accounts on hold where necessary
Supporting with month-end processes and reporting
Working closely with the wider finance team to drive improved cashflow

✔ What we're looking for:

Previous experience in a Credit Control / Collections role
Confident communicator with excellent telephone manner
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage your own workload
Experience using accounting systems (e.g. Sage, SAP, MS Dynamics, Xero) is desirable
A proactive, problem-solving attitude
