Your Role
- Lead and mentor a growing tax team
- Deliver complex advisory projects from start to finish
- Provide technical expertise on reorganisations, property structuring, and shareholder exits
- Review personal tax work and ensure accuracy across reports
- Manage workloads and run weekly team updates
- Act as the main point of contact for clients
- Monitor budgets and drive efficiencies
- Keep up to date with changing tax legislation
- Support business development and identify new opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- ACA / ACCA / CTA / ATT qualified with 3–5+ years’ post-qualified experience
- Strong commercial awareness and organisational skills
- Excellent communicator who thrives under pressure
- Previous UK practice experience is essential
