Job Description
Office Assistant / Bookkeeper for progressive CPA office in North Naples/Bonita Springs.

Part time to potential full time position.

If you would like to work in a professional environment, Responsibilities will include, client bookkeeping with Quick Books, answering telephones, clerical duties, and other tasks. Scanning documents, printing tax returns and contacting clients as needed. Preparing invoices for mailing, posting payments and preparing deposits. Many miscellaneous duties with staff and owner communication.

Attention to detail is a MUST.
The ability to recognize and resolve discrepancies in paperwork is a REQUIRED skill.

The ideal candidate should have:

Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs and Quick Books.
Be proactive, detail oriented and able to multi-task.
Excellent people skills.
Have good computer skills be comfortable with new processes.
Be a quick learner and a team player.
