Our client, luxury care provider, is looking an experienced Nursing Home Manager to take the lead at one of their beautiful nursing homes. The Nursing Home Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring the delivery of safe, person-centred care in line with CQC standards. You'll lead a skilled and caring team, manage resources effectively, and ensure the home remains a welcoming, inclusive place for residents and families alike.
What We’re Looking For
- A qualified Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience managing a large care or nursing home
- Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and best care practices
- Proven success in staff leadership, development, and team building
- Strong financial and operational management skills
- A confident communicator who can build trusted relationships with all stakeholders

Key Responsibilities
- Provide strong and visible leadership across the nursing home, ensuring exceptional standards of care
- Oversee compliance with all relevant CQC regulations and health and safety legislation
- Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing, compassionate care team
- Implement and monitor effective care plans tailored to individual resident needs
- Engage with families, professionals, and the wider community to promote the service
- Manage budgets, staffing, and resources to maintain financial performance
- Support a culture of respect, inclusion, dignity, and continuous improvement
