We're Seen Services — a growing £5M+ project-based business delivering high-quality Electrical, Fire, Security and Data installations across major UK infrastructure, including National Grid, rail, and commercial fit-outs. As we scale, we're now looking for a Fire & Security Estimator to join our pre-construction team and take the lead on pricing security and life safety projects.

🔧 The Role:
You'll work closely with our Pre-Construction Manager and the wider delivery team to produce accurate, commercially sound estimates for fire detection, access control, CCTV, intruder alarms, and life safety systems across a wide range of commercial and industrial projects.

💡 What You'll Need:

* Strong understanding of fire & security systems (BS 5839, BS EN 62676 etc.)

* Experience in estimating, quoting, or designing similar projects

* Ability to read technical specs and drawings

* Confidence to work with clients and suppliers to shape value-engineered solutions

* A proactive mindset and commercial awareness
