A reputable infrastructure contractor is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead the commercial delivery of two major packages of work - a £30m Civils package and a £30m Groundworks & Enabling package - forming the main entrance route to the Sizewell C

This is a high-profile, long-term project with national significance, offering the opportunity to play a leading role in the delivery of complex infrastructure works.

The Role

As Commercial Manager, you will take full responsibility for the commercial performance across both packages. You will manage a team of commercial professionals on-site, maintain close client relationships, and ensure effective contract and cost management under NEC Option C.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the commercial delivery of two major infrastructure packages
Manage a site-based commercial team, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance
Administer NEC Option C contracts and oversee change control processes
Work closely with the client and internal stakeholders to resolve commercial issues
Drive value engineering, cost forecasting, and risk managementRequirements

Strong commercial background in civil engineering or infrastructure projects
Extensive experience with NEC Option C contracts
Proven track record of leading commercial teams on high-value packages
Confident in client-facing roles and commercial negotiations
