We are currently seeking an exceptional Teaching Assistant to join a dedicated, skilled, and supportive SEND team working with pupils who require highly personalised learning and care.

The Role

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with pupils on a 1:1 and small-group basis, supporting academic, emotional, and social development.

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team that values reflective practice, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

Supporting pupils with complex SEND needs

Delivering structured learning and behaviour support

Implementing communication and sensory strategies

Supporting emotional regulation and engagement

Working alongside teachers, therapists, and SEN specialists

Supporting personal care when required, in line with policy

Candidate Profile

We are seeking professionals who demonstrate:

Experience in specialist SEN or complex needs settings

Strong understanding of ASD, SEMH, ADHD, and related needs
