A client-focused construction consultancy based in Manchester is seeking a driven Project Manager to work across a variety of residential, commercial and regeneration schemes. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager looking to develop their client-facing skills while working on exciting new build and fit-out projects. The Project Manager will join a supportive team known for delivering high-quality outcomes.

The ideal Project Manager will have excellent communication skills and be comfortable managing teams and client expectations throughout the delivery process. You will be expected to lead by example and contribute positively to the consultancy's growing regional presence.

The Project Manager will manage a range of projects from initial brief through to completion. You'll be responsible for planning, procurement advice, risk management and stakeholder coordination.

• Consultancy-based Project Manager background

• BSc/MSc in a construction-related subject

• Working towards MRICS, APM or MCIOB

• Experience in JCT and/or NEC contracts

• Client-facing and commercially aware

• £45,000 - £55,000

• Hybrid working
