The Collective Network, we're partnering with a well-established manufacturing business in Cambridgeshire that is looking to appoint a
Production Scheduler to join their Supply Chain team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or entry-level candidate looking to build a long-term career in supply chain, operations, or production planning. If you're analytical, organised, and keen to develop within a fast-paced environment, this could be the ideal first step.
The Opportunity Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you'll play a key role in coordinating production schedules and ensuring customer orders are delivered on time and in full. You'll gain hands-on experience working cross-functionally with manufacturing, materials planning, customer care, and transport teams - giving you excellent exposure across the wider business.
Full training and support will be provided, making this role well-suited to ambitious graduates or candidates with some early career experience in operations, logistics, or planning.
Key Responsibilities- Creating and maintaining production schedules to ensure customer orders are delivered on time.
- Working closely with manufacturing teams to monitor daily production performance and adjust plans where required.
- Coordinating with the materials team to manage supply challenges and align production plans accordingly.
- Communicating updates on product availability to internal stakeholders including Customer Care and Transport Planning.
- Supporting the business in achieving key performance targets, including high On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery performance and minimising stock risk.

- A genuine interest in supply chain, planning, or operations.
