Are you an experienced Conveyancing Assistant, Paralegal, or Legal Secretary with solid residential conveyancing experience? Our client, a well-established regional law firm, is expanding its property team in Uxbridge and is looking for a dedicated professional to support their busy conveyancing department.

About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting fee earners with a full range of residential conveyancing matters. You will be involved in day-to-day file management, client communication, and the preparation of essential legal documentation.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Providing support throughout the conveyancing process from instruction to post-completion

*

Preparing and drafting contracts, conducting searches, and managing enquiries

*

Handling client updates and correspondence in a professional and timely manner

*

Assisting with exchange and completion arrangements

*

Managing Land Registry applications and post-completion paperwork

*

Ensuring all case files and records are maintained to a high standard

What We're Looking For:

Prior experience in residential conveyancing is essential - whether as an assistant, paralegal, or secretary

Strong working knowledge of the conveyancing process and legal procedures

*

Confident communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, solicitors, and third parties

*

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

Able to prioritise and handle multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
