• Supporting the Chef de Partie and senior chefs with daily kitchen operations
• Preparing and presenting dishes to a high standard
• Maintaining organisation and cleanliness within your section
• Assisting during busy service periods
• Ensuring consistency and attention to detail in all aspects of your work

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen (Commis or Demi Chef level)
• Passion for high-quality, fresh food
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
