We are seeking a proactive and experienced Multiskilled Engineer to join our team at a high-profile sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance across a range of building services, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and contributing to the smooth operation of the facility, the week will be shared a crossed 2 sites

Location: Shoreditch

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00 would be part also of an on-Call Rota

Key Responsibilities

* Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks across mechanical and electrical systems.

* Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and general building services.

* Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with Integral and Amazon's safety procedures and policies.

* Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities using the site's CAFM system.

* Liaise with site management and contractors to ensure minimal disruption to operations.

* Participate in site audits, inspections, and compliance checks.

* Support energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives on site.

Skills & Experience

* Recognised qualifications in mechanical or electrical engineering (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent).

* Proven experience in a similar multiskilled maintenance role, ideally within a fast-paced or critical environment.

* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.

* Good understanding of health and safety regulations.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
