An international Quantity Surveying consultancy with an expanding M&E division is seeking a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor who is comfortable managing other M&E Quantity Surveyors within the London team.

The Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor's role

Alongside providing mentoring and management support, the Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor will be involved in several large, high-value and complex schemes, which are delivered by the wider team.

In addition to these projects, the Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor will lead smaller schemes (up to £70m) with the support of assistants, delivering both pre and post contract services. This will include early budgets and estimates, single and two stage tendering, and reporting to the client.

MRICS or working towards
Delivered projects through their full life cycle
Experience in delivering MEP works
Worked within a PQS / Consultancy / Cost Management practice
Comfortable dealing with contractors
Excellent pre and post contract knowledgeIn Return?
