Hours: 37 per week, Monday-Thursday 6.30am- 2.30pm, Friday 6.30am- 2pm

Base: King's Lynn

You will be required to consistently prepare, cook and present food to the highest standards, under direction of the catering manager. You will be cooking with fresh ingredients for a counter style service feeding staff and students within the College refectory. You will Deputise for the Catering Manager in their absence and supervise staff, whose kitchen duties are allocated by the Catering Manager. You must have an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a relevant subject and have proven recent experience in a similar role or background in corporate contract catering. You will need to be cost aware and be able to work to strict timelines. You must have experience in menu planning, developing ideas and can work as part of a small friendly team.
