A leading multidisciplinary consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior MEP BIM Coordinator to join its expanding London team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled BIM professional who is confident working on complex building services projects and thrives in a collaborative design environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead BIM coordination for MEP services across a range of commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects

Produce and manage high-quality Revit models and associated BIM deliverables

Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project integration

Maintain BIM standards, workflows, and best practices across project teams

Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced BIM staff

Requirements:

Strong, demonstrable Revit expertise with a proven background in MEP coordination

Solid understanding of building services design and multidisciplinary workflows

Experience working within a consultancy environment

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Ability to work autonomously and manage BIM tasks across multiple live projects
