**The Role:** The successful Area Sales Manager in the North of England will be tasked with developing existing spending account relationships, and searching for and commencing new business relationships. Focus will be on the Contracting firms that install access control systems, with all orders backsold through specialist distributors in the security sector. You will be involved in product demonstrations and continued influencing of installers, discussing unique selling points and features & benefits that this wide range of intercom systems have.

**The Company:** This business has developed a wide range of industry leading wireless audio and visual intercom systems for secure access control applications. They have leapt huge strides since their inception a little over a decade ago. Medium term expectation is to grow the sales team further, which will present new opportunities for the ambitious and stronger performers.

For this **Area Sales Manager**position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

- Solution based consultative technical sales experience
- Knowledge of Access Control, Door Entry, Alarms, CCTV is an advantage
- Excellent sales figures achieved
- Ambitious, selfmotivated, enthusiastic

Benefits of this **Area Sales Manager** role:

- Up to £35,000 Base Salary
- + £15,000 year 1 Uncapped Commission
