We are working on behalf of a local social housing contractor who are looking for an experienced and qualified Electrician to carry out reactive and planned maintenance works in occupied and void properties.

Responsibilities:

Undertaking high quality responsive electrical repairs, testing and/or installation works in domestic/communal areas and carry out associated remedial works identified.
Installation of smoke detectors
Liaising with tenants, clients and members of the supply chain.
Maintaining van stocks and providing information enabling the improvements of first time fixes for the area you work within
Using PDAs / mobiles to complete works, key communications, and updates.Requirements:

Full UK Driving Licence (clean)
ECS Gold Card
18th Edition - BS7671
NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Electrical Installations
City & Guilds #removed# Inspection and Testing
