Alexander Main.Our client has built its reputation on discretion, integrity, and long-term relationships, prioritising quality over volume. The next phase of growth is the launch of a brand-new Lettings department, a core, long-term pillar of the business rather than a bolt-on service.This represents an exciting opportunity for a senior Lettings professional to make a significant impact from the outset.
The Opportunity:This is a truly rare opportunity to shape an award-winning Lettings business from inception, with full strategic autonomy and scope to influence the direction and growth of the department.You will operate as a self-sufficient, revenue-generating leader while establishing the proposition, pricing, and service model, as well as implementing compliant systems and processes from day one, benefiting from a highly-competitive salary package, earning up to 50% commission per transaction.As momentum builds, you will recruit and lead a Lettings team, evolving the department from a one-person operation to a fully functioning unit. Offering:- Basic Salary circa £40,000
- 25%-50% commission per transaction
- Six-figure OTE
