Successful candidates with have recent experience of Recruitment within the Healthcare Sector and be self-confident, motivated and have the drive and sales background needed to excel in this role. You will need to be confident in sales and have the ability to build your own desk whilst maintaining a current list of candidates who are registered to the Company. 

Essential requirements:

-Previous experience working within a Healthcare Recruitment role

-Effective communication skills

-Strong sales skills
