Pump Engineer required for our client, a well known and established company within the pumps industry, with offices in London, the home counties, and across the UK. Due to consistent expansion our client is looking for a skilled Pump Engineer who will be carrying out servicing and repairs on a range of wastewater pump systems including sump pumps, submersible pumps, borehole pumps, and packaged pump systems, across London and the home counties.

The ideal Pump Engineer will have a background in electro-mechanical engineering, with specific experience completing servicing and repair work on some form of pumping systems, either clean water (booster pumps/pressurisation units), or waste water pumps.

The successful Pump Engineer will be travelling across London and the home counties carrying out works on high-value contracts for a range of clients within the M&E and Construction industries.

Pump Engineer Position Requirements

Good knowledge of waste water and/or clean water pump servicing and maintenance
Electrical qualifications (18th Edition), desirable
Confident in completing mechanical and electrical fault finding and repair
Based within London, Hampshire, Berkshire, Surrey, Sussex, or Kent
Full UK driving licence

Pump Engineer Position Remuneration

Salary £33,000 - £42,000, depending on experience
Company van provided
8am - 5pm, 40 hour working week
Up to 1hr 30mins travel paid to site + early finish available if works completed (3:30pm)
Overtime paid at 1.5x, with any work midnight and after paid at 2x
1 in 10 on call rota
30 day's holiday (22 + Bank Holiday's), rising to 33 days after 4 year's service
